This Terms of Service (“Terms”) was written in English (US). This Terms is the legitimate agreement by and between You and Golden ludo (“Golden ludo” or “We”). To the extent any translated version of Terms agreement conflicts against the English version, this English version prevails.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users in Golden ludo, which will lead to block their ID or device as punishment. You can report these users, and Golden Ludo will review in 24 hours about porn, violence, gambling and so on.

Golden Ludo is a free gaming social app, which provides you to play games and voice chat with your friends. In the app, you can find new friends, play games, go Live, join a Live, send gifts, get profits by receiving gifts.

We will take every reasonable effort not to share any Registration Data or other personal information (collectively, "Personal Information") You provide to us, except as required under any Applicable Law, or to the limited extent necessary for Us to implement any booking instructions We receive from You, or as for Our privacy policy. Please read Our privacy policy for further details regarding the use of Your Personal Information. We will bear no liability for the consequences in any event where Your Personal Information has been willingly or inadvertently shared by You with any third party.

You acknowledge that the information made available by You on the Services, may be accessible to certain other users of the Services.

You hereby expressly consent to receive communications from Us through Your registered phone number and/or Original ID. You consent to be contacted by Us via phone calls and/or SMS notifications. You agree that any communication so received by You from Us will not amount to spam, unsolicited communication or a violation of Your registration on the national do not call registry.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Registration Data and will be liable for all activities and transactions that occur through Your Account and the Services, whether initiated by You or any third party. The password and other details of the Account should not be shared with any third party. Your Account is non-transferable and is not capable of being transferred/sold to a third party. We shall not be liable for any loss that You may incur as a result of someone else using Your password or Account, either with or without Your knowledge.

It is possible that other users (including unauthorized users or "hackers") may post or transmit offensive or obscene materials on the Services and that You may be involuntarily exposed to such offensive and obscene materials. It is also possible for others to obtain Personal Information about You on the public forum due to Your use of the Services, and that the recipient may use such information to harass or injure You. We do not approve of such unauthorized uses, but by using the Services You acknowledge and agree that We shall not be responsible for the use of any Personal Information that You publicly disclose or share with others on the Services. 2. Sharing Your Content and Information

You are able to post all kinds of things on Golden Ludo, including photographs, messages and other content (“Content”). You own all of the content and information you post on Golden Ludo. While there are some rules about what is acceptable though, so when you are using Golden Ludo you may not post or send any Content which:

a. contains the information, comment or any other forms of content about a person who is under 18 years old;

b. contains expletives or language which could be deemed offensive or is likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person;

c. is obscene, pornographic or otherwise may offend human dignity;

d. is abusive, insulting or threatening, or which promotes or encourages racism, sexism, hatred or bigotry;

e. encourages any illegal activity including, without limitation, terrorism, inciting racial hatred or the submission of which in itself constitutes committing a criminal offence;

f. is defamatory;

g. relates to commercial activities (including, without limitation, sales, competitions and advertising, links to other websites or premium line telephone numbers);

h. involves the transmission of "junk" mail or "spam";

i. contains any spy ware, viruses, corrupt files, worm programs or other malicious code designed to interrupt, damage or limit the functionality of or disrupt any software, hardware, telecommunications, networks, servers or other equipment, Trojan horse or any other material designed to damage, interfere with, wrongly intercept or expropriate any data or personal information whether from Golden Ludo or otherwise;

j. itself, or the posting of which, infringes any third party's rights (including, without limitation,intellectual property rights and privacy rights);

k. shows another person which was created or distributed without that person's consent

l. We always appreciate your feedback or other suggestions about Golden Ludo, but you understand that we may use your feedback or suggestions without any obligation to compensate you for them (just as you have no obligation to offer them).

m. Please use your common sense when picking the Content that you choose to post on or send via Golden Ludo because you are solely responsible for, and bear all liability in relation to, such Content.

3. Protecting Other People's Rights

We respect other people's rights and do our best to keep Golden Ludo safe, and expect you to do the same.

a. You will not post content or take any action on Golden Ludo that infringes or violates someone else's rights or otherwise violates the law.

b. We can remove any content or information you post on Golden Ludo if we believe that it violates this Terms or our policies.

c. If we remove your content for infringing someone else's copyright, and you believe we removed it by mistake, we will provide you with an opportunity to appeal.

d. If you repeatedly infringe other people's intellectual property rights, we will disable your account when appropriate.

e. You will not use our copyrights or Trademarks or any confusingly similar marks, except as expressly permitted by our Brand Usage Guidelines or with our prior written permission.

f. If you collect information from users, you will: obtain their consent, make it clear you (and not Golden Ludo) are the one collecting their information, and post a privacy policy explaining what information you collect and how you will use it.

g. You will not post anyone's identification documents or sensitive financial information on Golden Ludo.

h. You will not tag users or send email invitations to non-users without their consent.

4. Registration and Account

You understand and acknowledge that You can register on the Services only after complying with the requirements above and through a valid Email ID or a social networking site ID.

You will be required to enter Your Email ID or social networking site ID on the Services following which you will be registered.

Upon completion of the verification process in accordance with the above, You will be granted access to the Golden Ludo.

In order to use the Services, You are required to provide Registration Data to Golden ludo. You shall not impersonate someone else or provide account information, an email address or any other information that is not Your own. We shall bear no liability for false, incomplete, old or incorrect Registration Data provided by You.

In the event of any change in the said Registration Data, You agree to promptly update Your Registration Data on the Account so as to ensure that the communication We intend to send to You is promptly delivered to You and is not sent to any other entity/third party.

Golden Ludo will store the Registration Data provided by You for contacting You for all Service related matters. You may promptly inform Us on any change in the Registration Data provided.

We may send any Information to You to the mobile number or Original ID registered with Us as Registration Data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your Account with immediate effect and for an indefinite period, if We have a reason to believe that the Registration Data or any other data provided by You is incorrect or false, or that the security of Your Account has been compromised in any way, or for any other reason as We deem fit.

It is Your responsibility to check to ensure You download the correct mobile application for Your device. We are not liable if You do not have a compatible mobile device or if You download the wrong version of the application for Your mobile device. We reserve the right to terminate the Services should You be using the Service with an incompatible or unauthorized device.

We allow You to open only one Account in respect of one Email ID and/or device.

You will not assign or otherwise transfer Your Account to any third party.

In case of any unauthorized use of Your Account, You are to bring the same to Our notice promptly.

In the event of such unauthorized use, please immediately reach Us at [email protected].

In case, You are unable to access Your Account, please immediately inform Us at [email protected] and make a written request for blocking Your Account.

5. Termination

If you violate the Terms, or otherwise create risk or possible legal exposure for us, then we reserve the right at our sole discretion, at any time and without liability or the need to give you prior notice or to refund any unused services to:

a. Suspend or revoke your registration (where applicable) and your right to access and/or use Golden Ludo or submit any Content to Golden Ludo;

b. Make use of any operational, technological, legal, or other means available to enforce the Terms (including without limitation blocking specific IP addresses).

c. We will try (but we are not obliged) to notify you if your access to Golden Ludo and/or your Profile is to be or has been suspended or terminated.

d. If you have registered on Golden Ludo, you can terminate your registration at any time by going to the "Settings" control on Golden Ludo when you are logged in and choosing the "Delete Account" link. We save your profile information in case you later decide to restore your account. Many users deactivate their accounts for temporary reasons and in doing so expect us to maintain their information until they return to Golden Ludo. You will therefore be able to restore your account and your profile in its entirety within 30 days of de-activating it. Once your registration is terminated, we have the right to delete any related Content that you have submitted or uploaded on to Golden Ludo. For further details, please refer to our Privacy Policy. Content that you have uploaded to Golden Ludo, other than your Profile (such as Moments or Comments or Contact), may still appear on Golden Ludo following termination of your registration.

6. Proprietary Rights in Content on Golden Ludo

a. Golden Ludo does NOT claim ANY ownership rights in the text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, applications, or any other materials (collectively, "Content") that you post on or through the Golden Ludo Services. By displaying or publishing (“posting”) any Content on or through the Golden Ludo Services, you hereby grant to Golden Ludo a non-exclusive, fully paid and royalty-free, worldwide, limited license to use, modify, delete from, add to, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce and translate such Content, including without limitation distributing part or all of the Site in any media formats through any media channels, except Content not shared publicly ("private") will not be distributed outside the Golden Ludo Services.

b. You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the Content posted by you on or through the Golden Ludo Services or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in this section, (ii) the posting and use of your Content on or through the Golden Ludo Services does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, intellectual property rights or any other rights of any person, and (iii) the posting of your Content on the Site does not result in a breach of contract between you and a third party. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owing any person by reason of Content you post on or through the Golden Ludo Services.

c. The Golden Ludo Services contain Content of Golden Ludo ("Golden Ludo Content"). Golden Ludo Content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other laws, and Golden Ludo owns and retains all rights in the Golden Ludo Content and the Golden Ludo Services. Golden Ludo hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-sublicensable license to reproduce and display the Golden Ludo Content (excluding any software code) solely for your personal use in connection with viewing the Site and using the Golden Ludo Services.

d. The Golden Ludo Services contain Content of Users and other Golden Ludo licensors. Except as provided within this Agreement, you may not copy, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any Content appearing on or through the Golden Ludo Services.

e. Golden Ludo performs technical functions necessary to offer the Golden Ludo Services, including but not limited to transcoding and/or reformatting Content to allow its use throughout the Golden Ludo Services.

f. Although the Site and other Golden Ludo Services are normally available, there will be occasions when the Site or other Golden Ludo Services will be interrupted for scheduled maintenance or upgrades, for emergency repairs, or due to failure of telecommunications links and equipment that are beyond the control of Golden Ludo. Also, although Golden Ludo will normally only delete Content that violates this Agreement, Golden Ludo reserves the right to delete any Content for any reason, without prior notice. Deleted content may be stored by Golden Ludo in order to comply with certain legal obligations and is not retrievable without a valid court order. Consequently, Golden Ludo encourages you to maintain your own backup of your Content. In other words, Golden Ludo is not a backup service. Golden Ludo will not be liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Golden Ludo Services, or the loss of any Content.

7. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Ludo expressly excludes:

a. all conditions, representations, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity; and

b. any liability incurred by you arising from use of Golden Ludo, its services or these terms and conditions, including without limitation for any claims, charges, demands, damages, liabilities, losses or expenses of whatever nature and howsoever direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages (however arising including negligence), loss of use, loss of data, loss caused by a computer or electronic virus, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to property, wasted management or office time, breach of contract or claims of third parties or other losses of any kind or character, even if Golden Ludo has been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses, arising out of or in connection with the use of Golden Ludo. This limitation on liability applies to, but is not limited to, the transmission of any disabling device or virus that may infect your equipment, failure or mechanical or electrical equipment or communication lines, telephone or other interconnect problems (e.g., you cannot access your internet service provider), unauthorized access, theft, bodily injury (other than caused by our negligence), property damage, operator errors, strikes or other labor problems or any act of god in connection with Golden Ludo including but not limited to any liability for loss of revenue or income, loss of profits or contracts, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill, loss of data, wasted management or office time and any other loss or damage of any kind, however arising and whether caused by tort (including, but not limited to, negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable whether arising directly or indirectly.

c. For clearance of doubt, although Golden Ludo is under no obligation to assumes responsibility or liability arising from the activities you are engaging, nor for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained in any information while you are using Service. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law. Golden Ludo will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing Golden Ludo to disclose the identity of any user that is engaging in any illegal activities.

8. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Golden Ludo, its parent corporation, officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

(i) your use of and access to the Golden Ludo Service;

(ii) your violation of any term of these Terms;

(iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right;(iv) any claim that one of your User Status Submissions caused damage to a third party.This defense and indemnification obligation will survive this Terms and your use of the Golden Ludo Service. We don't support or encourage illegal consumption of alcohol or tobacco, so there.

9. Amendments

We may change this Policy from time to time, so please be sure to check back periodically. We will post changes to this Policy on our Apps. If we make any changes to this Policy that materially affect our practices with regard to the personal information, we have previously collected from you, we will endeavor to provide you with notice in advance of such change by highlighting the change on our Apps and their corresponding Web sites, sending a push notification, or displaying on any of the Web sites associated with our Apps.

10. Refund and Cancellation Policy

a. Our focus is to complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund the money (Only limited the value of coins or diamonds which are not consumed), provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

b. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the refund will be as follows:

(1) We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.

(2) In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund (Only limited the value of coins or diamonds which are not consumed).

(3) If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

11.Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform any obligations under this T&Cs, if the performance is prevented, hindered or delayed by a Force Majeure event and in such case its obligations shall be suspended for so long as the Force Majeure Event continues.

For the Purpose of this clause "Force Majeure Event" shall mean any event arising due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of Golden Ludo.
